一、 本學期「班級導師評量系統」開放時間：
1. System Access Period for the Class Advisor Evaluation:
大學日間部(含外籍生)及進修部，評量期間自114年12月1日（星期一）8:00至114年12月19日（星期五）17:00止。
Day Division (including international students) and Continuing Education Division:
The evaluation period is from 08:00 on December 1, 2025 (Mon.) to 17:00 on December 19, 2025 (Fri.).

(一) 惠請班級導師，提醒班級導生務必上網填寫評量卷。
(1) Class Advisors are kindly asked to remind their students to complete the online evaluation.
(二) 同學評量資料均予保密，請放心勾選。
(2) All evaluation data will be kept confidential.
(三) 問卷送出後，無法修正填答內容，請審慎作答。
(3) Once submitted, the evaluation cannot be modified. Please answer carefully.
