1. Time frame to access "Graduating Class Teacher Evaluation System" and submit Class Teacher Evaluation for current semester is from 08:00 May 6th, 2024 to 17:00 May 20th, 2024.:
Who are required to submit Class Teacher Evaluation: All Taiwanese and international graduating undergraduate students of day and extension divisions.

※ Notices:
(1) All class teachers of Graduating Classes are encouraged to remind students
to complete and submit Class Teacher Evaluation on line.
(2) All students’ personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Please
complete Class Teacher Evaluation to the best of your knowledge.
(3) Once students have submitted their Class Teacher Evaluation, they won’t be able to retract it. Please read and respond carefully.
